How long does a refill take?
Most refills are ready the same day — often within a few hours. We'll text you the moment yours is ready for pickup or out for delivery.
What if I'm out of refills?
No problem. Submit the request anyway — our pharmacist will contact your prescriber's office on your behalf to request a new authorization, so you don't have to make any calls.
Do you deliver?
Yes — free next-day delivery across NYC, Westchester & Long Island. You can also pick up at 989 Allerton Ave, Bronx NY 10469.
Can I refill a controlled medication online?
No — controlled medications can't be transferred between pharmacies by law; they need a brand-new prescription from your prescriber.
Will my insurance be billed?
We bill the insurance we have on file. If your coverage changed, upload it or call us and we'll update it before filling. We never post prices for prescriptions online.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Refill requests are handled under HIPAA-aware practices and are used only to prepare your prescription.
