Transfer questions
How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are done the same day. A few take 24–48 hours if we need to reach your old pharmacy or prescriber — we'll keep you posted by text.
Can you transfer all my prescriptions at once?
Yes. Check "Transfer all my prescriptions from this pharmacy" and we'll transfer everything on file at that location.
What do I need to provide?
Just your current pharmacy's name and phone number, and the medication(s) you want to transfer. We handle the rest — you don't have to call anyone.
Can you transfer controlled substances?
No — controlled medications can't be transferred between pharmacies by law; they need a brand-new prescription from your prescriber.
Do you deliver?
Yes — free next-day delivery across NYC, Westchester & Long Island. You can also pick up at 989 Allerton Ave, Bronx NY 10469.
Will my insurance be billed?
We bill the insurance. Please upload your coverage or call us and we'll update it before filling. We never post prices for prescriptions online.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Transfer requests are handled over HTTPS under HIPAA-aware practices and used only to move your prescription.
